...at some point I felt I needed to share my desire for playing great courses, in a competitive setting, while also creating a yearly get together with my friends. Thus was born "The Mandeville Classic"
For eleven years straight, The Mandeville Classic was held in either Pinehurst, NC or Myrtle Beach, SC--but the event has gone dormant, until 2014 when longtime friend, co worker, and golf aficionado, Michael Stephanik had revived the event. In 2015, 24 "Jersey Guys" took Southern Pines by storm, late night putting for $ and card games took a toll on some competitors. While others basked in the relaxation of cigars and scotch at the Carolina Hotel.
